INSURANCE AND PAYMENT
Most insurances are accepted but please verify that the therapist you want to work with is paneled with your insurance company and specific policy. It is essential to check your policy for network status, individual policy specifics, deductibles, coinsurances, and copays. These often change from year to year- frequently with more of the cost share expected from the policyholders. Please be aware of what services will cost you. We do our best to verify and track various components and inform you initially of how your benefits will work. We do not accept Mainecare or other Medicaid coverage.

Effective January 1 2022 the US federal government requires people to have access to a Good Faith Estimate for therapy services, under the No Surprises Act. We will supply you with this estimate if you would like. It is an estimate of the total cost of a course of treatment. It is based solely on stated fee schedules without considering insurances (less deductible, copays, and coinsurances), other sources of reimbursement such as EAP contracts or sliding scale fees. Your actual cost is likely to be significantly lower than The Good Faith Estimate due to the mechanisms of payment listed previously. All of the billing code options are listed on our Fee Statements. We can also provide a copy of this if you would like.
Thank you! Looking forward to working with you!
